This Court by order dated 17.10.2022 allowed the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/-. However, when she approached the office for withdrawal, she had not have document showing her name as wife of the respondent. So, she has produced the nikahnama and requested to release the money in her maiden name as Shireen Tarannum Mirza Galib. She has sworn in an affidavit that she is the wife of the respondent and the same woman whose maiden name was Shireen Tarannum Mirza Galib. There is no dispute that she is the legally wedded wife of the respondent. It
57-appln-2136-2023.odt (2) happens many times that the name of the wife after marriage remains to be changed. Her identity is not disputed. 3.
Hence, office is directed to release the money in her maiden name.
