Heard Mr. R.S.Shinde, learned counsel for the applicant for quite some time. When the Court was not inclined to grant relief in favour of the applicant, learned counsel submits that on instructions he wish to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty to file application for bail afresh before the learned trial Court after filing of the charge sheet. Permission granted.

Present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application afresh before the learned learned trial Court after filing of the charge sheet.
