The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is submitted by respondents No. 2 and 3 - employer to respondent No.1, for condoning the age of the petitioner at the time of appointment. The same is not yet decided. 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent No.1.

In case the proposal is sent by respondents No. 2 and 3 and the same is pending with respondent No.1 (Page No.41), for condoning the age of the petitioner, then the same shall be decided expeditiously, on it's own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within six months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
