This is an application for amendment in the first appeal No. 818 of 2022.

Perused the application and heard learned advocates for the parties. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that in the title of the first appeal, instead of claim of Rs.44,61,200/- the claim may be amended as Rs.1,10,43,000/-. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
