The learned counsel for petitioner at the outset, prays for adding the Divisional Commissioner, Nasik Division, Nasik as party respondent. Prayer granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions restricts his prayer and seek direction to the added respondent i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Nasik Division, Nasik to decide the application dated 14.6.2018 on its own merits.

In the light of the submissions made across the bar, the respondent No.7 is directed to decide the application dated 14.11.2018, filed by the petitioner, if already not decided, on its own merits, in accordance with the relevant rules/procedure, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

With the above observations, petition stands disposed of. 5.
