This petition takes an exception to the order dated 28-06-2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Jalna in Criminal Misc. Application No. 32 of 2015.

The respondent herein filed revision petition against the order passed by the learned Magistrate dated 07-03-2015 in Misc. Application No. 195 of 2010. As there was delay of 24 days in filing the said revision, the application for condonation of delay was filed. The learned revisional court had allowed the said application for condonation of delay by the order impugned.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no reason for delay was assigned. It is submitted that in absence of sufficient cause, the learned revisional court was not justified in condoning the delay.
