Since the previous application was disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench, vide order dated dated 14.10.2021, it was directed that the application be listed before the same Court. The said direction was given since the applicant wanted to pursue this application.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant does not want to pursue this application and he seeks permission to withdraw this application. The applicant would surrender before the Investigating Officer on 08.11.2021 at 11.00 a.m.

In view of the submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and the applicant is permitted to surrender before the Investigating Officer on 08.11.2021 at 11.00 a.m. 4.
