Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant has challenged the judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar on various grounds. Hence, requested to stay the impugned judgment and award.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that stay can be granted subject to deposit of the amount.

applicants as well as grounds raised in the appeal, the impugned order is stayed till fnal disposal of the appeal. The efect and operation of the impugned order is stayed. 5.
