The applicant is brother-in-law, whereas other accused is mother-inlaw of the complainant. 3.

This Court, by an order dated 24th June, 2016, has already granted ad interim protection to the applicant, pursuant to the previous history of differences between the complainant and the applicant. 4.

After perusal of the investigation, it could be noticed that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required, particularly in the matter of offence punishable under section 354-A (i) of the Indian Penal Code. 5.

In view of above, ad interim protection granted to the applicant stands confirmed on the same terms.
