This civil application is filed for production of the documents alongwith list Exh.16.

Learned counsel for respondent has rightly pointed out that, same set of documents are produced before the lower appellate court and though lower appellate court has initially passed the order on the application for production of additional evidence in respect of those documents that said application will be heard at the time of final hearing, during the course of the final hearing, lower appellate court has considered those documents and in paragraph no.25 of the impugned judgment has referred those documents and discussed it elaborately.

In view of the above, production of said documents again is unwanted and uncalled for. Civil application accordingly rejected.
