Mr. Joydeep Chatterji, learned Advocate for respondent no.3 on instructions make statement that the live stock/animals have been released from the custody of the respondent and the possession of those animals had been restored back to the petitioner.

In view of this, Contempt Petition need not to be proceeded further and as such stands disposed of.
