The present petition has been filed for habeas corpus. The girl has been produced today. She is major i.e. 19 years, 05 months and 01 day old. Upon enquiry, she states that she has performed the marriage and is happily residing with her husband and nobody has confined her. Under such circumstance, we do not find it to be a fit case to issue a writ. She be set at liberty and she is free to go as per her wish.
