The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the representations filed with the Municipal Corporation for seeking the payment of unpaid bills, are at page nos. 43 and 44 in the petition paper book.

We have considered prayer clause 'B' and we do not intend to exercise our writ of mandamus, since it amounts to a disputed claim for recovery of unpaid bills, in the light of whether the work allotted to the petitioner has been properly done or not. 3.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.
We request the learned advocate Shri A. V. Hon, who is on the panel of the advocates representing respondent no. 2, to communicate to the Corporation that the pending representations of
WP No.8255/22 the petitioner dated 10.5.2022 and 20.6.2022 may be considered strictly, in accordance with it's rules/policies applicable. The response to the same may be communicated to the petitioner, within three months.
