The petitioner prays that this Court should issue appropriate directions for recovery of his gratuity amount and leave encashment. It is further submitted that the amount is already with respondent No.2. He has approached respondent No.2 vide representations dated 10/10/2016, 07/09/2017, 16/11/2017, 02/12/2017 and similar such representations thereafter.

The last representation is dated 03/06/2022 which is for pension.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for gratuity,

WP 8029-2022 leave encashment and pension, in the event of he being legally eligible and entitled. Let such decision be taken on or before 30/11/2022.
