Mr.V.D.Gunale, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, all the petitioners herein except petition no.2 have been granted the certificate of Diploma in Pharmacy. He further submits that the petitioners in the present writ petition are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No.7464 of 2014, decided by this Court on 10th March, 2017. The petitioners in the said writ petition were the students of the same college as the present petitioners.

In Writ Petition No. 7464 of 2014 decided by order dated 10th March, 2017, this Court directed the Pharmacy Council of India to register the petitioners therein as Pharmacists.

As the present petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 7464 of 2014 decided by this Court vide order dated 10th March, 2017 and that the petitioners have been issued the certificates of the Diploma in Pharmacy, respondent no.4 herein - Pharmacy Council of India shall register the petitioners as Pharmacists after verifying their certificates.

It is made clear that the present order is passed on the basis of the order dated 10th March, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 7474 of 2014 and as such, shall not be a precedent.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
