The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribe certificate is issued to the petitioner on 25.08.2008 by the Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded, however, spelling of the tribe Mannervarlu was wrongly spelt. The petitioner has applied for issuance of the corrected tribe certificate in February - 2019, however the same is not yet issued.

The petitioner shall submit the original

2 wp 7582.19 tribe certificate issued to him on 25.08.2008 with the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer on receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner with incorrect spelling of the tribe shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of one (01) week from today.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
