Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 12.07.2022. The matter was heard at length. After considering the facts of the case, interim protection was granted to the applicant. The learned A.P.P. would submit that the Investigating Officer has informed that the tractor in question has already been seized. It appears that nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. The applicant has a good case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicant by the order dated 12.07.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
