ORDER :- Learned counsel for the applicants moved present matter for "Speaking to the Minutes" of Order dated 28th June, 2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present matters bearing Civil Applications No. 7219 and 7220 of 2019 are from the group of Civil Application No. 7223 of 2019 and other connected matters, in which, the order came to be passed on 28-062019. However, inadvertently in the said order, numbers of these two applications were not mentioned, though they were listed on board. Learned counsel submits that, these applications are also filed to add party as legal heirs of deceased respondents on record. He makes a statement that both applications are within 90 days from the date of death of deceased. He prays to add number of these applications in the said order.

In view of aforesaid, the numbers of present Civil Applications be added in the title clause of said order. Corrected order be issued, accordingly. Certified copies, if are already issued, be deemed to have been corrected, accordingly.

The present civil applications are also allowed.

Amendment be carried out in the main proceedings, accordingly. After amendment, issue notice to proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent/s shown in the applications, returnable after eight weeks.

Motion stands disposed of in above terms.
