Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

We find that the FIR in the present case was registered as far back as on 01.02.2020 and charge sheet has been already filed. It is almost six years and thereafter the applicants have approached this Court for quashing of the FIR. This is not a case where the informant i.e. the wife has settled the dispute with the applicants or that there is any material to indicate her consent for granting relief as prayed in the present application.

In such a situation, we decline to entertain the present application, as the applicants can file an appropriate application for discharge before the concerned Court.
