In case, the proposal (Page No. 15), seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same

The petitioner may refer to the Judgment of this Court dated 04.07.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 1493 of 2018 with connected writ petitions.
