The learned APP submits that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been submitted. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 24.11.2020, this Court has directed the applicant to produce the charge-sheet on record. The learned counsel submits that even after filing of the charge-sheet, the coaccused came to be released on bail in connection with the present crime.

It appears from the order passed by the Court, rejecting the Bail Application of the applicant that the application came

In view of the same, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to file an application for regular bail before the Special Court, Basmathnagar. 4.

Leave granted.

Application is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application for regular bail before the Special Court and the Special Court may consider the same on its own merits.
