Mr. Kale, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, recently fencing was done by the respondents and because of the fencing the plot of the petitioner is affected. The petitioner has approached the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 by filing representation/application. No cognizance has been taken upon it as yet.

Mr. Soman, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that, the respondent authority would decide the representation page 13 of the petitioner.

In the light of the statement made, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall decide the representation, on its own merits,

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
