This Civil Application is filed by the original claimants/respondents in the appeal for correction of name of respondent No.4. Name of respondent No.4 mentioned in the appeal memo as Ashwini Kedar Bidve, however, as per record in Adhar card, her name appears as Ashvini Kedarnath Bidve. The correction is, therefore, prayed in the title clause of the appeal memo for the purpose of convenience and to avoid technical difficulties.

Considering the above, the appellants are permitted to correct the title clause and show name of respondent No.4 as Ashvini Kedar alias Kedarnath Bidve. With this the application stands disposed off.
