The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application for permission to start Secondary and Higher Secondary School from standard 9th to 12th at village Rahatgaon, Tq. Paithan on self financed basis.

It appears that, the proposal has not been found in proper format.

The petitioner may file a proposal for start of Secondary and Higher Secondary School for standard 9th to 12th with respondent no.4 in accordance with the procedure. After receipt of the said proposal, the Education Officer shall process the same in accordance with law and forward it to the higher officer. The entire process upto

(2) 8-wp-1749-2021 the decision be taken by respondent no.1 shall be completed preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of proposal.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
