He submits that the petitioner is seeking restoration of the Writ Petition by setting aside the order of dismissal passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). In fact the parties have settled the dispute amicably and the petitioner simply wants to withdraw the Writ Petition.

2] In view of above the application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 11/11/2019 is set aside by condoning the delay. The Writ Petition is restored to the file.
