For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications for condonation of delay are allowed and stand disposed of. 3.

Pending hearing and final disposal of the first appeals, there shall be stay to the execution, implementation and operation of impugned judgment and award subject to the condition that the applicants shall deposit the entire amount under award, in this Court within a period of fourteen weeks from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

In first appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12th August 2016. Learned Counsel Mr L.C. Patil waives notice for respondents-claimants.
