Heard learned counsel for applicant- Insurance Company. 2.

Perused the application and other relevant documents. 3.

There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 24-01-2018, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vaijapur, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 178 of 2012 (Old No.2013/2009), on condition that applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with interest accrued thereon in this court within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
