FINAL ORDER :

.

Applicant, who is original respondent No. 4 in the petition is praying for a direction so that he is able to withdraw the amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs deposited by the petitioners pursuant to order dated 08 May 2024.

2.

It appears that the dispute is regarding arrears of salary to be paid to the applicant/respondent No. 4. As indicated in the order, with a view to extend some solace to him that the petitioners were directed to deposit Rs. 20 Lakhs by way of two

2 ca 6899.24 installments. The request by way of this application to withdraw the amount, in our considered view is innocuous, however, such withdrawal would be without prejudice to the rights of either side.
