Today, learned counsel for the appellant prays to continue the interim protection granted to the appellant vide order dated 09.08.2004 pass by this Court in Criminal Application No. 1792 of 2004 for a period of six weeks so as to enable the appellant to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
