2] This is an application for restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition No.123/2017, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on account of non-removal of office objections. The dismissal order came into operation in view of the conditional order dated 3.4.2017 passed by this Court.

3] For the reasons mentioned in this application, the order dated 3.4.2017, which came into operation on

Cr.Appln.2933/17 in Cr.WP 123/17 - 2 - account of non-removal of office objections, is recalled and the Criminal Writ Petition No.123/2017 is restored to file. The Criminal Application No.2933/2017 stands disposed of accordingly.
