The petitioner is challenging the temporary approval granted to respondent No.7 under order dated 08.11.2016. 2.

Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that he has been terminated from service. His appeal before Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare is dismissed. Writ petition against the order of the School Tribunal is pending before the learned Single Judge of this Court. The approval order referred to by the learned counsel for the petitioner is a temporary approval order and the same would be subject to the decision that would

The petitioner may claim his relief in the pending writ petition as permissible under law. As the petitioner is not in service today, it would be inappropriate to entertain the present writ petition.
