ORDER :- The petitioner employee had impugned the order dated 20th April, 2018 passed by the Presiding Officer of School Tribunal, Pune Region, Solapur in Appeal No.86 of 2011, thereby dismissing the appeal of the petitioner against the order of termination passed by respondent No.1 (management).

Now, the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and prepared the terms of compromise. The parties presented themselves before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who verified the terms of settlement and submitted his report, stating that the petitioner and respondents have accepted the terms of com,promise and signature on such terms and affirmed that the compromise is entered voluntarily, without any element of fraud, coercion and misrepresentation. 3.
Learned Advocate for the respective parties and parties, i.e.
{2} WP 2095.20.odt petitioner Mr. Sudhir Rameshwar Pawar and the Secretary of respondent No.1 management Mr. Dilip Dattatray Ganesh, are present before this court and affirmed the contents of the terms of settlement, which are placed on record and marked as EXHIBIT X for identification. 4.
In view of the compromise between the parties, writ petition shall stand disposed of. It is made clear that since respondent No.3 Education Officer is not a party to the compromise, he shall be at liberty to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, if any claim is made against him.
