Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State as well as the learned counsel for the complainant.

This Court has discussed the facts in detail in the order dated 12.07.2022. The bare allegation against the applicant is that when complainant had been to his house and requested him to deposit the arrears of the electricity charges, the applicant became aggrieved and slapped the complainant with hands. The FIR does not disclose that a weapon has been used in the offence. Considering the facts, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order - i) The application is allowed. The order granting interim protection to the applicant dated 12.07.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions of the bail.
