Heard Mr. V.H. Dighe, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. S.S.Wagh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 8. None present for respondent nos. 1 and 2, 10 and 11 inspite of proper service of notice.

Having regard to the volume of delay and for the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay in para nos. 2 and 3, it is necessary to condone the delay.

ORDER

(i) The application for condonation of delay moved by the applicants is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) The Registry is directed to register the appeal after due scrutiny as per procedure and thereafter it be placed before the concerned Court for admission.
