It would be open for the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation to the Collector putting forth his grievance in respect of inaction by the revenue officials in considering the request/application made by petitioner. If petitioner tenders representation to the Collector putting forth his grievance, within a period of six weeks from today, the Collector shall take proper steps and issue necessary instructions, if deemed necessary for redressal of grievance of petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged.
