By the present Misc. Civil Application, the applicant - wife seeks transfer of proceedings bearing No.A-114 of 2012, pending before the Family Court at Aurangabad, to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Parbhani.

The respondent is personally present in the Court, upon whose instructions, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of him, consents for

Thus, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (C), which reads thus :- "The proceeding pending before the Family Court, Aurangabad i.e. Petition No.A-114 of 2012 may kindly be transferred to the court of the Ld. Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani." 4.
