Mr. Dharashive, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to the District Social Welfare Officer with regard to his suspension. 2.

The learned Advocate for respondent No. 3 submits that respondent No. 3 would decide the representation filed by the petitioner on its own merit.

In light of the above, respondent No. 3 may decide the representation of the petitioner after hearing the petitioner and
