The Ad-hoc Committee of the applicant Shree Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi, on agenda topic No.19 has passed a resolution for setting up Sewage Treatment Plant with an estimated cost of Rs.1,87,62,000/- in its resolution No.309, dated 13/06/2024 on Design Build Operate Transfer (DOBT) basis.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as under :-

6216.24ca (2) "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.309 dtd.13.06.2024 pursuant to which the Applicant Sansthan may kindly be permitted to invite E-Tenders for the purpose of Design Build Operate Transfer (DOBT) of the Hybrid Granular SBR Treatment Plant for which an estimated amount of Rs.1,87,62,000/- is required to be spent." 3.
