Heard learned advocates for respective parties. 2.
Mr. Yadkidar, learned advocate appearing for applicant submits that as per order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2208 of 2025, petitioner was required to deposit Rs.33,26,178/- as per order passed under Section 7Q of Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act and subject to such deposit which was without prejudice to rights of parties, the Appellate Tribunal was directed not to insist for further deposit. It was further ordered that in case of failure to deposit the amount, the consequences would be followed.

Mr. Yadkikar submits that although the petitioner could not deposit the amount within stipulated period as directed by this Court, he has deposited Rs.66,00,393/- with respondent on 27.05.2025.

In light of above facts which are not controverted, respondent/authorities are not expected to take any coercive action particularly regarding freezing of account.

In that view of matter, civil application stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause (B).
