In this application, the applicant has prayed for setting aside the order of the Registrar dated 18.7.2012, refusing registration of the Second Appeal, for having failed to remove the office objections. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay stands condoned. Order of the Registrar dated 18.7.2012 stands set aside with a direction to the applicant to remove all office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event, the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar, subject matter of this Civil Application, shall stand restored.
