After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for quite some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief in favour of the applicant, learned counsel submitted that upon instructions from his client, he wish to withdraw the present Criminal Application. Learned counsel submitted that liberty be granted to the petitioner to file application for bail afresh before the learned trial Court after filing of the charge sheet. Permission granted.
