Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that in view of the order passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 7743/2011 in W.P. No. 891/2008, nothing survives in the present writ petitions to be decided.

Perusal of the order shows that Government Resolution dated 03.11.2007 had been interpreted by this Court keeping in view Maharashtra Kerosene Dealers Licensing Order, 1966 and Maharashtra Scheduled Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order 1975. Challenge to the decision of the High Court in the Supreme Court has failed having regard to the order of the Supreme Court dated 15.10.2015.

In view of the same, present writ petitions as well fail and stand dismissed.
