The petitioner, by this petition, has sought a direction for decision on the proposal dated 31.07.2024 forwarded to Respondent No.2 Regional Deputy Director, Latur.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the proposal is already decided against the petitioner by a communication/order dated 27.12.2024 issued by Respondent No.2 and communicated to Respondent No.3-Assistant Director.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate steps for challenging the aforesaid communication/order dated 27.12.2024.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
