When this petition is called out for hearing, the learned AGP has tendered a copy of a circular dated 13.02.2015, whereby SubDivisional Committee and District Level Committee have been constituted for addressing grievances like the one being raised by the petitioner in the present petition.

In view of the said machinery provided under the circular, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the committees constituted under the said circular for redressal of the petitioner's grievance.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the committee under the circular dated 13.02.2015.
