Pursuant to the order dated 20th June, 2016 passed by this Court, the applicants have surrendered before the Sessions Court at Jalgaon on 4th July, 2016 and they are in custody. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to workout the matter i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 825 of 2003.

The learned Sessions Court, Jalgaon shall release the applicants on bail on furnishing of P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- 1 / 2
