We have heard the learned advocate for petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents/State. 3.

The learned Addl. G. P. on instructions received to him submits that, the District Level Committee would take decision upon representation of petitioners within one (01) month. 4.

Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioners be allowed to produce various documents in respect of

2 wp 8184.19 their claim and that they be allowed to put forth their stand before the Committee.

The District Level Committee is expected to take decision with regard to the grievance of the petitioners of crop insurance payment. The petitioners may produce the documents on which they wish to rely and may put forth their stand. The District Level Committee shall decide the grievance of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of petitioners submitting documents on which they rely before the Committee.

In view of the above the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
