By this civil application, filed within limitation, the applicant/petitioner prays for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed on account of non-removal of office

The learned Advocates representing the non-applicants, vehemently oppose the application.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out, this civil application is allowed, subject to the following directions :- (a) All office objections shall be removed, on or before 30/09/2022.

(b) Thereafter, the writ petition shall be restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed.

(c) Non-compliance of the direction at clause (a), would restore the order dated 15/06/2022.
