These applications are for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body-appellant in this court. The

(2) 79ca6440.24speaking applicants are original claimants whose lands are acquired. Amount as per award is already deposited in this court. It would be in the interest of justice to allow the applicants/claimants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this court alongwith accrued interest. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

a] The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. Further 25% of the amount deposited be allowed to be withdrawn alongwith accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. Balance amount be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank to be renewed periodically.

b] The application stands disposed off.
