PER COURT :- The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he will remove the office objections within two weeks. The learned Counsel submits that inadvertently common order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 15.04.2019 could not be noticed by him and that has resulted in rejection of the Writ Petition for want of compliance.

In view of submissions so made and having regard to the fact that now the learned Counsel has undertaken to remove the office objections within two weeks, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 15.04.2019 is quashed and set aside subject to costs of Rs.500/-. Writ Petition (Stamp) No.30474 of 2018 stands restored to its original file. The same be listed for further consideration on 01.08.2019.
