DATE : 05.08.2021 PER COURT :- Two groups clashed on 14th July, 2021 and assaulted the members of rival group by deadly weapons like Axes. Incident gave rise to cross First Information Reports. Without referring to the allegations in the cross First Information Reports, it may be stated that one person succumbed to injuries, two sufered grievous injuries and one sufered simple injury.

In consideration of the facts of the case and the gravity of the ofence in this proceeding, I am not inclined to segregate and or ascertain the role attributed to the
